My first time in a dirt car aith a brinn i was 13 and it took me ablut 10 tries to get it gigured out cause i was a asohalt racer from age 9 till then and completely dofferent style trans. Im now 31 and quit racing last tear due to breaking my back at work cause a idiot droped a heavy steel pipe on my back
@@talanwillisracing5910 its all good im living life and doing things i never had a chance to do cause I didnt have the time or money to do due to racing be my life and a way kf living and lifestyle it becomes. I started doing indoor carpet rc racing we do oval and road course and its a blast and addictive and way cheaper then the real thing. Also with the rc stuff its same principles driving line wisr and being smooth as a real racecar especially in the break out classes on oval. Good luck and keep it up you have a long carreer ahead if you, just stay healthy dont take risks that could turn out into a bad wreck and get injured where you will regret it later on in life cause my back before the pipe incident hurt everyday from a idiot who put me in the wall cause I out qualified him sat in the pole and set track record that night in a new to me car that was outdated by 10 years in tge outlaw stock class which is a tube chassis coil over latemodel class with 604 motors and outlaw asphalt late bodies and my car was a metric based latemodel stock or super stock style car sith a track bar and weight jacks and all that stuff and a regualr template abc style body and he thought I was cheating motor wise or carb wise and jt passed tech after qualifying and even after he tore tge car up I had to go to tech and have motor tore down cause he protested it to fry and keepme from having the track record that he had held for the last 15 years and re broke his own track record 3 more times wheb the rules changed and got faster. And my motor was completely legal it was just that I had ran a perfect unicorn lap on my second lap and the tires and setup and humidity abd track conditions was all perfect for me to be able to do it. It was 75 percebt luck and 25 percent skill ad j still hold track record to this day 7 years later
