Honestly even if it’s for the wrong response William seems like a wayyy better parent than Lora

It's fascinating to see William who despite the fact is manipulating Michael, is being smart by being there for him when his mother isn't. Even though William's defence for Michael is to get Michael on his side, I still like to see how the family handles this drama. It's a completely dysfunctional relationship between most of them and I feel like only Elizabeth and Michael have the best relationship that's not toxic or has bad intentions.

I know William is manipulating Micheal, but at the end I love how he defended him. Even if it could be part of the manipulation.

Lora actually deserved that. Like talking down on a person is one thing, but constantly mentioning a mistake that he regrets just to torment him (Even if Mike tormented Evan, it was jokingly) is not something a mother would even think to do. Feel free to prove me wrong.

A very interesting version of William. One can believe that this man is ACTUALLY capable of the things shown in the future. After all, even with all the knowledge, I still can't figure out if he cares or is manipulating Michael. No other version of William has ever made me feel this way.

Honestly, I would love it if Michael hated both of his parents in the future. Cause with William's manipulation of him, as well as Lora's negligence of him, I don't see where he can have good relationships with either of them.

Even if William is putting on an act, i love to see any kind of thing happening between him and Michael. Especially when what is happening is good.

Its sad watching mike actually start to trust William. Tho even if his motive is to get Michael on his side its great to see william actually "caring" about him.

It amazes me that the words Michael said to his father caught William off guard. Its even more amazing that Michael trust his father but not in the full extent of it. Its like he only show the parts that needs to be shown and the way William doesnt realize that he is actually acting as a real fsther figure for Michael the fact that William's main goal is reanimate but simply disregard it for awhile to handle the argument that is being dealt with Lora. This is actually a critical moment because if Lora keeps doing what she does to Michael, he'll end up cutting and most likely drink heavily without anyone to know about it. But we know that William wont let anything bad to happen to Michael because we all know that deep down in William's none existed heart he does loves his first son in a creepy, Murderous way.😅 but still if Michael did start to cut and drank heavily without anyone to notice until he starts showing signs of it like not listening or zoning out, covering his wrists with long sleeves or trying to hide the bllod stains on his sleeves and clothes. This would raise a red flag for William and makes him to investigate Michael and what hes been doing...even thought William could careless about it, it would Intervene with his plans.

I think william cares deep down but doesnt want to show it cause it makes him look weak so he makes himself believe that manipulation is the best way to hide his true feelings for his family

the way William is with Michael reminds me of that Reddit post where the parent said they didn't actually feel any love towards their children but still acted like they did because even if they didn't feel that way they didn't want it to affect their children negatively

mkay, im gonna state my opinion on william in this comment. so basically, i feel like william does care about micheal, but at the same time, he’s also manipulating him for his plans. bc obviously, william would do anything to achieve his plans, wouldnt he? but then, he’s also caring about micheal’s well-being. so tbh, i feel like william isnt really a bad parent(if this theory is true, but if it isnt, then he’s just as bad as lora)
