Heartbreakingly sad, Maya formed a bond with him, and hearing her story, we too formed a bond with him. I was shocked to hear he passed away. I really thought he too would have got home to tell his parents he loved them. RIP beautiful man. The bravery and strength of these people is unbelievable. Terrible isn't it. It's also terrible how the world has and still allows Israel to oppress the Palestinian people.
