10 year relationship ended in April last year which is Autumn/Fall in Australia. I knew he was talking to other women, he ghosted me a few times then came back but I couldn't let him go. We had a huge argument and he accused ME of cheating, so I ended it. Yes, he was much younger and emotionally immature. I am ADHD and I've never heard of a "doom pile" - what a great concept! To be able to see and actually choose what your going through. The definite "keeps" on one side of the room, the"not keeps on the other side, box those 2 groups, and then work on the rest!
