When all the Latin folks were at war the Mozart park, hermosa park area, Logan square, was down and dirty in the early 90s. The devil side was wild, the northwest side Latino gangs cleaned up a lot since then. They’re more Belmont cragin now but the don’t bang outside no more, I don’t even know how they bang, o don’t see anybody hanging in their hoods no more.
They just pop pills get drunk and ride around in stolen cars or they moms car's and they bang or shoot at each other in traffic. But that's a good thing because alot of us would not be here right now if it was still like the 90s.
@@Essh500 you act like MFs didn't have heavy artillery in the 90s, they had mac 10s mac 11s, A-K 47s with drums, tech 9s with extended clips. Murder rate was way higher in the 90s, go sit down somewhere you don't know nothing.
I grew up around these people and in that environment Gitano was shot in the head and killed , My wife’s uncle was A cobra and Gitano was his best friend

I remember how crazy logan square was in the 90s i grew up by diversey and central park... Everyone was in the church parking lot by lawndale and wolfram
Yeah, a different time. In the 80s, we were right off of Fullerton and Lawndale. Then near Belmont and Cicero during the early 90s. Then up around Pulaski and Lawrence after that.
JR is a saint what the hell, this video is wild. He’s playing with frogs, playing with a bird, picks up a puppy “all JR can think about is gang banging”
Just the past 10 years have drastically changed this neighborhood. That park they show on the map has beautiful courts for soccer, tennis and baseball. They also have a pool and summer programs. No one worries about colors in this neighborhood anymore. You’re wrong my friend.
Tell me you're just a corny kid online who has never been in the hood for real without telling me that. You're just another weird white kid even though you have a Hispanic name, you're still just another white boy... Fu*kin white boy.
