Kharge is from Karnataka(north side) he has done lots of work and constructed hospital for the north side people. North Karnataka is very backwards place. That's why people like him and vote for Congress from north Karnataka. And also that's why he said Sonia made him minister. He is like Karan from Mahabharath, he has good qualities but in wrong party.

Well Kharge proved the chairs point. He is dumb he dint understand sarcasm. Chair was just sarcastically saying to Jairam if u interfere always u become lop. Like big brother says " yr itna samajh hai toh tu krle". And it was twisted using dalit card. How shameful.

He is bringing the caste which is so strange.
