Let me preface this by saying: many of the comments under this video are worrying. People take this clip as if it's definite truth, when it's the furthest from. Commentors have several main points about people being "retarded", but it usually boils down to:

However, it's essential to remember that not all voters fit this description, as many take the time to research and educate themselves before casting their votes.

These biases can lead to individuals making choices that may not align with their best interests or objectively supported positions. This can sometimes give the impression that voters are making unintelligent decisions. However, it is crucial to recognize that biases are not unique to voters and can affect individuals across various contexts.
Simplified political discourse: Political campaigns and media coverage often simplify complex issues for mass consumption. This simplification can lead to a superficial understanding of topics, oversimplification of policy proposals, and polarized debates. When voters engage with these simplified narratives, they may appear less informed or unintelligent. It's important to approach this topic with nuance and avoid generalizing all voters as "retarded."
