9:44 now that took a long time to come public 😏 i used this method in live since it came out and was midifyable 💪🏾 and live is still missing some midi featuers that hardly would be needed 😮💨
Bel setup e strutturato in maniera intelligente! Ma senza qualche etichetta/nastro scrivibile sul controller riesci a non incasinarti? Lo spazio è pochissimo e in effetti mi sa che non ci starebbero. Forse due midi fighter twister potrebbero essere più pratici
Loving this setup and your videos are stunning. Thanks for showing what you use in Ableton, might have to use some of these ideas on my Push as well :)
So, Oora, are you saying that Push is now the central piece to your workstation, as opposed to the Octatrack? If so, will you be swapping Euro and Vermona as your main instrument to use with Push? I do the same using Push for a center, next to my instrument - which is Maschine hosting my Slate + Ash instruments. I also use Live to host VCV Rack to further modulate/expand S+A Instruments. Microfreak is always nearby too. Anyway, just wanted to give a shout to Ableton for offering, and giving me such a powerful centralized workflow. Good luck with exploring Push Oora! For those thinking about getting a Push, yet undecided, try working on Ableton with a Novation Launch Control. If you spend most of the time on Launch, then Push would be a logical huge upgrade for working faster, along with many opened doors for creativity. Great video!
Thanks! So I would be naive saying yes this is it. On my desk now I have push octatrack and oxi . they serve different purposes. With push I would love to have a ready to go set I can use anytime without the need of too much preparation. The Octa and Oxi are more for the improv and experimental things. My goal tho is to try to focus on one thing for a while and see where it goes!
@@OoraMusic thanks for the clarification, I've been debating an oxi and sp-404 purchase. This helped with some lingering questions. I can see how octa and oxi could be used for sketching in the studio. Possibly used to make/record samples, etc., to then use with Push at your shows. So many ideas I got from your videos. But, yeah, I'd like to spend a day in your studio writing stuff. That, or just sliding the octa slide all day. Hehe!
