Claudine Estares Most ppl are nice about it now, even though mixed people are less Korean simply because they ARE mixed. Somi's dad had mentioned her eventually going abroad to study so she will probably leave Korea eventually. Maybe even marry some White guy.

Korean has that extreme patriotism in their culture, that they should be proud to be a full blood korean, if you married foreigner then that will be a betrayal of your race🙂
Unfortunately it’s a thing lots of mixed kids struggle with, especially when the parents cultures are so different. I struggled with being mixed race (white and indigenous) and others thinking badly because of it without reasoning

Yes .in Malaysia there is no discrimination at all because multi races live in one country which is the citizen is respect of each others from younger ages. Our parents teach us need to respect each others from younger ages even we are different races.That is one of the unique of Malaysian cultures.we got Malay Chinese Indian and others. I love Malaysia.
