i think rockstar will want to make the max settings look very good for pc users , but the low settings will be good for low end pc's and i think rockstar will want to make it run on the ps4 but i dont know if its going to be possible , but maybe if they optimize it good

What program are you filming with? If it's OBS, please tell me what settings you have because I also have a 12900k, 32gb ram ddr5 and an rtx3080ti and I tried all the possibilities of OBS settings and it seems easy to see in fleas even though I arrived with bitrate even up to 50k. I don't understand what it's like, it's not extremely clear, not to mention that I also have framerates because I have a 144fps monitor and I wouldn't want to give it at 60fps to film, others don't give it at 60 and simply they just shoot like this in 144 and still their film doesn't break, can you help me with the settings you have in OBS if you use OBS please? Eventually if you use another program, please tell me what would be those and the settings you have please. Thanks!

I don't know what it is but I don't like the look here overall...Raytracing and general reflections are cool but I'm totally fine with the nextgen console version on a 4K TV. Looks more natural and homogeneous to me. Watching this video on a S21 Ultra screen in 4K.

Great job. I believe Rockstar can produce this level for GTA game play. The issue is trying to squeeze this into a small "Next -Gen" console for a decent price. Video games are designed on PC's. Then transferred and fitted onto other platforms. Basically dumbing down. Trying to fit this into a proprietary console, with everything build on a single Motherboard, will not work. The processing of info on a constant basis will require more then what Sony, Xbox, etc is willing to do. The other issue is... If Rockstar give their fans this level of realistic graphics. What's next ? The Metaverse? They would hit a wall. Fantastic Job.

Not quite but getting there. If this was done using the unreal engine 5, they'd be a hell of a lot closer than what we'd be here... Go look up the Tokyo railway station video and imagine the textures but implanted into this game.
