A 10mm steel hull, a dayhead in the pilothouse, and a spacious and easily accessible engine room, and a design which probably has a gentle, seakindly motion is exactly what I personally would look for (instead of a planning plastic hull bumping around and falling apart in a hurricane, with an engine room where you need to be a contortionist). In my eyes, this design oozes comfort and safety.

It's refreshing to see a boat that has been so beautifully maintained, her owners are obviously experienced seamen/women. This boat is one of the rare ones that could tempt this lifelong blue water sailor to convert to motorboats.

Built like a tank and gentle enough to enjoy comfort.

This would make a terrific coastline cruiser, especially where the waters are a bit more rough than just being flat. Would feel very safe in this vessel. Many thanks for touring this and the coverage was terrific.

Nice boat, Its always good to see a proper boat hull, one that is not just one of these modern over sized speed boat hulls. I know the difference between a liner and a cruise ship and so many of these modern so called luxury yachts sit on the water and not in the water. Give me the old tub any time.

Thanks for the viewing. A ship as I would like it. I love the engine room and could be there for hours checking everything is ok and cleaning it. Have had a small fishing trawler of 15 x 5 meters built in the 1930s with a Volvo TAMD 70. Fished in Finland and Åland with it in the 80s. Am also a UN Veteran so I like your style.

It has limitations from a typical owners point of view, but they would be bonuses for me. Simple and practical, and for my needs, a single engine is preferable. It would be crewed by my guests who also happen to be close friends. Overall, she looks very sturdy and safe and perfect for our dramatic coast and islands.

Hi from Russia! A great trawler boat for private use. The only thing I would develop, is some idea for the back of the ship. From my viewpoint, some Batiscaf or some better saloon then simple tent roof would be there more wellcomed.

I definitely agree, John and I'm quickly falling in love with this style of vessel! 3K NM is that all she can muster, are there any other tanks for fuel, or a away to bring fuel aboard in Jerry Cans to extend her range up to 4K with a decent reserve? Other than her range she's a thick hulled Lass and I see no reason why shouldn't be extremely capable. Fantastic John!!!

I would like this to help people in the south of my country - Chile - please my God.

I love trawlers. this one with her industrial style and robust construction is beautiful. I particularly enjoyed watching the engine room and the pilot house - how tidy and clean she is in general! Extremely well-maintained; impressive really. The flip side of her to me is the decoration, furniture, lighting, the colours etc. Although I love the minimalistic approach, I found the living areas such as the master cabin and kitchen in particular quite dull.

Everything was going so well in the video until we reached the cabins and saw that the additional cabins only have one berth and the vessel only has one head and shower in the cabin area. Then all my likings for this boat collapsed when you reached the engine room and I saw it only has one engine. Too late and too expensive to build a 4 meter mid hull section and cut the hull to fit it and to figure out how to add another engine. Well, some people might like that.

Thank you. First of all, the big rolly stuff? where you talking about my ex? I know she is big, but thats just rude! JUST KIDDing! BUT SERIOUSLY, I like this too. I believe I would choose this one over many others. I prefer commercial boats over all others except for navy ships. Not sure why except maybe they have history in good and bad weather and survived to be turned into yachts. And again, forgive me for being an army guy, but if it helps, our regiment on the west coast of Canada has been called by some as Canada's marine corp.

Nice boat but can that kitchen sink be any smaller?

A see that the pilot house has a split air conditioning system.... with the condenser on the roof. Does that one unit connect to all the inside units, or are the rest hidden? How do you get to the top of the pilot house to access the life raft and the mast?

I Like the boat, but the singel engine is a fail for me. That said the price also seems very steep compared to other boats on this channel, or is it me?

on the one hand, a good, high-quality, strong boat. and on the other hand, the fuel supply is too small for such a boat. for me, there is some kind of imbalance of an overabundance of strength in relation to the fuel tank...

Galley sink way too small . . . . not suitable for much more than draining a can of olives.

The boat fails because the rear deck is basically the same as it was when used as an actual tug boat. There’s a lot of space there and it t could be used for a cooking and seating area but alas no.
