Its not the flat they are paying for specifically, its for a piece of property in the famed south delhi. That warrants the exorbitant cost. Also, Zricks are showing an inflated price. The actual price for this was around 5.5 crores.

I like the location but everything else falls short. Big balcony - this is Delhi, not LA. I am not going to dine in the balcony - it will be a blessing if I can see 500 meters of unpolluted Delhi skyline (maybe in monsoons). Didn't like the kitchen - it lacks food pantry and necessary built-ins for a family. Also, missing is formal dining room - at this price point, you expect both formal and informal dining space. I felt the apartment has 2100 sq feet carpet area. Godrej - if you are listening - please get better staging company - the sofa, lighting etc seems like added randomly - no symmetry of design across. The unit looks premium but not luxurious.
I can buy a villa with pool deck on top at same or less price in Noida , hardly 15 kms away from this Godrej property and it takes only 15 to 20 mins to cover those 15 kms 😂
Lack of natural lights and air.. If power cut snd ac off its will be horrible... Bathroom will face humidity problem... In normal unused condition its looks beautiful.. But after practical use.. It will have to face lots of problem.

And where have you seen aur conditioner in washroom . Like the villas worth more than 40-50 cr don't even have them. Simply leave your room gate open with ac on
I think you guys should focus more on layout, space in the apartment than showing fixtures, electrical and lights. Video like these are very disappointing for potential buyer as your video just don’t give any prospective to a house buyer. Yes after watching the video I know what not to buy (fixtures and furniture) for my house.
