It has no dining space, kitchen is compact. wfh space is a wastage when you already have 3 BRs. Secondary BRs are small. Builder could have removed WFHR and 1 TR to give a proper dining space and make secondary BRs more spacious. Only desparate and naive buyers will like it.

The flats size in 2 /3 BHK is as small as Affordable flats, un furnished flats, Kitchen, Room and bathroom all are small In sizes. Cost is also at high, better go for signatures and other projects. Location is Good. In this price builder should provide semi/ furnished flats and with AC. 1423 and 1103 Sq feet is sellable area not Carpet Area for 2+ study (588 Sq feet). Carpet Area is very less, lesser than affordable projects. Study room is also very small. Please visit the site and see actual flats than only go for booking 🙏

Any 2.5 bhk by builder. What is the price. Can we buy from secondary market in resale, is resale open. This project even at current price with this location still make sense in comparison to SG 37D, SG 81, M3M 79. M3M 79 offers parking as Optional 🙂

Very good video maam and highly informative. Thanks for sharing. Most of the negative comments in the thread are from people who missed to buy in this project when it was launched and sold out within few days and they can't buy now as it has become expensive or there is no inventory left.

The flat layout shown in the video is completely different from the sample flat shown in Sector 61 during sale of flats. The study room looks more like a pooja room , its so small. Also the kitchen layout is completely different. I don''t know what is going on . Is this the kind of flat that will be given on possession ?

Bathrooms ke naam pe dhoka. forget about sitting down, a person cannot even stand and take a shower. In kitchen 2 people cannot even stand with their backs over each other.
