Nothing can beat the simple old classic 1 bhk flats of 80's which had a carpet area of 500 sq feet and the buildings were not higher than 4 floors, minimum 3 neighbourhood flats on each floor and a small play ground without any cars parked .It was so lively...

So, after few years you will be tired of these ammenities amd would want something different. You probably must be born in late 90's...

Simran is a good commentator, love her fluency. This apartment seems quite old as the bathrooms have yellowed and the old drapery and furniture tells it all. Anyone paying 14 cr for this can obviously spend another 2 cr on re-fitments. That would make this pad quite swanky.

The space is good but it been under utilized so much so that it looks cramped at various stages. Of-course the area is good but if I had to buy this house as-is, I would have to spend another sum on re-doing the house because the interior is gaudy, loud and disintegrated. the furniture does speak to the house interiors and spaces. Video was attempted really well, I just want to be a little more wicked in suggesting something, look at the videos by Enes Yilmazer, a realtor abroad, may be it will give you and the videographer more perspective 😘
I have a question the second bedroom bathroom has water damage on the ceiling most probably from the above flat, because of poor contradiction who fixes that

no thanks. I will put in 15 crores in bank fd at 6.5% and recieve 1 crore per year of income with zero risk and live a very comfortable life in mumbai itself by renting a massive bunglow for 4-5 lakhs a month. Absolutely no brainer. Absolutely stupid to have a price like that even if it is in the prime location. Amneties are mediocre to say the very least. Good luck lol!
