The property is at a good location with good views. However, the interiors and the furniture are not at all upto the mark for the price they are asking.
The views are priceless and I can fix the interiors, it doesn't need much interior work and for those who can afford it, doing interior work doesn't matter.
I think the interior r absolutely FINE the Construction team has given utmost Importance to SPACE , AIR FLOW , LIGHT (NATURAL) this is very rare in majority of the Appartments at present. It doesn't look like a Furniture Shop , Or claustrophobic at all Excellent Interiors
Daily i watch this kind of video and manifestat to have our own house i really wish one day we can have our own house, we are living in a rented home and whenever we shift to others our heart breaks down. Please pray for us that we can have own house 🙏🏻
A rented good quality residence is an asset Yes I am serious. As per Economist Robert Kiyosaki. A house , or a car / suv, Electronic gadgets expensive one , jewellery Ect which doesn't give Income r Ur Liability Not an asset
@@atulpandey6500 may be, but I don't agree because I know that feeling which comes every time when we shifted.. Its heart breaking when you leave one house because for landlord it is just a house but when we live in it every moment every feeling gets attached to it so its for us it is a HOME.
I am following your video for a while, you got a fantastic presentation skill , however sometime i feel your trying overprice the property. This property no doubt has stunning view and location but then its jot giving feel. I suggest you to do valuation of property else its going to impact your own brand. Same price you would get ultra luxurious property in Dubai.
It's big but comes across like a lower middle class family lived there or like a cheap Oyo room. The interiors, furniture, paint, maintenance ruins the vibe of this place. 25 cr + 10 cr for completely redo the house.
Looks like the owner belives in a simple life. Those cheap plastic chairs are next level in a 27cr house 😂 Also, not sure why those ugly grills are needed on lot of those windows. Not sure which robber is going to enter from the windows on the 25th floor😂
