Do you have an all time favorite synth and/or favorite demo you've done? My favorite Jexus demos are probably Waldorf Q and Korg Radias. "Meanwhile In Kofa" was my favorite segment.
PolyBrute has been a mind-blowing synth purchase, and I'm glad you've been enjoying it and finding even more interesting dark corners within, @Jexus. The exploration never seems to end with this one! Hopefully, if Arturia releases a 12-voice, all our current patches will be compatible.
"Hope Annihilator" 3:52 I suddenly imagined an industrial metal band such as Rammstein kicking the doors down after an intro like that. All you need is the drop-tuned guitar mirroring that rhythm, a last bar tom/snare fill a beastly vocal shout and BAM... we're headbanging full throttle! I have no hope of owning a this instrument, but you make it sound like a shapeshifting wonder. Always love your patches.
Hey Jexus, have you ever contemplated the rev 4 Prophet 5/10. You did the Prophet 6 and ofc the P5/10 is limited but beautiful and I know you would get sounds out of it no one else has. Cheers mate.
Love your vids Jexus, if the world was coming to an end, and the Trisolarians were merely months away from earth, what is the one synth you'd want to play until the Alien invasion ? You get one synth and be happy with that until the invasion ? what synth ?
@@Jexus given your extensive synth knowledge and experience, it makes sense why you decided not to. However, the sequencer and arpeggiator are the best I've ever used. I got your Blofeld sound pack long ago and noticed you really like interesting sequences/arpeggios based on what you made. The BS2 has that and it's awesome. Makes it incredibly fun to play. For that single reason alone I recommend it. If you have a friend that has one ask them to borrow it and play with the sequencer/arpeggiator. You'll be very pleasantly surprised.
Trying to decide between this or a Take 5. Want to get lost in beautiful sonic textures. Suspect this is better. Morphing capability reminds me of AN1x. If a creepy geezer with fetid feet offers to bake you some delicious grouse as the world's coming to an end you know things are getting serious!
