SweetDreams come on it can’t possibly only be me that finds this relationship a bit unsettling!! I mean Caroline is practically a teenager and plus Elena’s best friend and Alaric is like 40 or something!! 👁👄👁 and plus he’s Caroline’s teacher!! HE LITERALLY IS THE CARE TAKER OF JEREMY AND ELENA!! 😶, Caroline has dated Tyler,klaus,Alaric,stefan,Damon,Matt,Enzo, and the list literally goes on BUT HER DATING ALARIC IN MY OPINION IS JUST WRONG Damon is Alaric’s drinking buddy,Alaric is Stefan’a advice coach,he’s also Matt’s,and he HAS A FRIEND BOND WITH EVERY CHARACTER CONNECTED TO CAROLINE. I just find it kinda wrong that Alaric and Caroline could even be a ship! And before someone reply’s saying “don’t watch an Alaric and Caroline ship video if you don’t support it” I was watching all of the ships that Caroline has ever been put in and let’s just say THEIRS ALOT. But since I’m writing this long ass comment can we also talk about how Caroline was almost every person watching vampire diaries, LIKE SERIOUSLY each time she called Elena out I CLAPPED like when Caroline said to Elena “I compelled a student to perform surgery on Stefan’s niece and you found a way to make this about you? God you truly have a gift Elena” I WAS LAUGHING BECAUSE ITS SO TRUE🍵 I loved watching Caroline call Elenas ass out for being stuck up and making everything about her and never letting anyone have their own moment!! It was honestly hilarious when Elena couldn’t even say anything back to her and just looked annoyed and stayed silent😎 because let’s be honest Elena always Was getting involved in stuff she had no busniess in!! I honestly was so Mad when Elena told Jeremy that she didn’t like that he was putting his life in danger when he liked Vicky (human turned into a vampire) and when he liked Anna (vampire) or when he liked BONNIE (witch) she told him that it was unsafe and he needs to be protected and grow up 😑 like Elena your one to talk!! You like Damon and Stefan actually not like...LOVE!! I don’t understand why Elena judged Jeremy for falling in love like Elena your messing around with two brothers atleast the people Jeremys dating ARENT RELATED,and I hated when Elena always tried to send Jeremy away because it was to “dangerous for him” LIKE GIRL IF ITS TO DANGEROUS WHY DONT YOU BREAK UP WITH BOTH THE SALVATORE BROTHERS AND STAY YOUR ASS OUTTA DRAMA!! And before someone comments “Elena was a dopple ganger other people would have come for her anyways” actually no they wouldn’t have because when we first learned that Elena was a dopple ganger it was when Elijah came to take away Katherine 🤔 but then he found out Elena was a dopple ganger AND THEN THEY WANTED HER. So if you think about it Elena’s life would have honestly never been in danger she could have lived a human life with HUMAN FRIENDS cause you notice how when the problems in her life started was when she accepted Stefan as a vampire boyfriend ❤️ like girl you can’t tell your brother to stay away from supernatural things WHEN YOUR THE REASON THAT IT HAPPENED!! I mean I understand where Elena is coming from because like look at them 💋 look at Damon and Stefan they are fine as wine 🍷but come on girl don’t do this and I know without her falling in love with Stefan and Damon their would have been no show but if this was real life and this actually all happened it could have easily been avoided Elena would have lost none of her friends or her family (other then her dad and mom) but still she wouldn’t have lost her aunt Jenna and she wouldn’t have lost Jeremy so it’s honestly all Elena’s fault for everyone’s death all because she wanted drama and excitement and vampires and witches and sirens and werewolf’s and hybrids all up in her life 🥳 so yeah I think I’m done commenting now my final opinion is that Alaric dating Caroline was just straight up weird,Jeremy was fine as fuck❤️, Elena was a self absorbed dramatic bitch,and Caroline was the audience PERIODTTT bye now 👄

They're talking about only Alaric because the new students - do not know Caroline, so it's easier in this way. And we saw that conversation between Hope and Josie in episode I think 3, when they were talking about Hayley and Caroline. And Josie sort of explain that Lizzie just misses her too much, this is why she can't control hear break-downs. So I guess they don't want to piss her off.

SweetDreams I don't. I watched the show thourgh fanvideos since season 6 and I am up to date :)) But I gave up after cause I didn't like it as much and my favorite characters died or left. But I want to watch the finale. I can't really forget about this show. It used to be my favorite from 1-3 seasons or all 8 when I have the time. But I wil still skip 6 and 7. And they are, I never though of them before but now I really like them. It was the same with Klaroline. Nothing until the scene where he saved her life and then the ship had saled. :))

Well, i was agree with you, bc after the season 5, klaus definitly leave, and really this season 8 is just the best season ever ! Every episode is just perfect, (just 1 or 2 not that good but that's it) Yeah, they have a cute relationship, but they're nothing romantic here so.. I just miss klaus so so much.. I still caroline caroline will leave mystic fall's and have an happy end with klaus :3

I don't ship either not I'd choose Alaric over Klaus x1000000000 because klaroline is my #1 most hated couple ever, I can't stand them. I thought it was Alaric's ex wife, who is elena's mom cuz she left Alaric cheated on him & made him think she was killed by someone else. Alaric just looked after Elena because he cared about her & Jeremy & they cared about him like a family just like how it is with Caroline and Alaric. At least that's how I see it, someone stepping in to care for someone else's children who they care/cared about in the past. Then Alaric dated Jenna, elenas aunt, but afterwards, he just became her caretaker.
