Just incase you have an android based on my knowledge genshin does not have controller support on android, but if you have an iphone and already bought it then sorry to bother.

i got the xiao plush from a local online store on shopee ph! they're sold out in that shop now but you can search elsewhere, the plushie's name is 'xiao omodoki doll' ☺️
