In this free video drum lesson I'm going to show you how to play Matt Helders' little drum solo from the song "R U Mine?" by the Arctic Monkeys.
The first part of this video looks at the section occurring from 0:43 into the song. This part of the drum solo features some really fun 16th note triplet ideas and a wicked drum groove.
The second part of the solo occurs from 1:57 where we hear Matt play some super fast 32nd notes followed by a lovely linear drum groove.
