GREAT video. Helped me greatly with the issue of using Colossus Smash and Sunders. I use Single-Minded fury and this video upped my dps alot. Much appreciated :)
@Poopnose43 I didn't have much luck with notifications. The one in this video was pretty useless and I wound up taking it out. Instead, you can use PlayerAuras. Change the timer from Bar to Icon, remove the text, and remove the ghosting and make it disappear instantly. That way, the icon will only appear when the buff you want is up (battle trance, taste for blood, what have you) and vanish instantly when you use it. I did that for other classes and it works wonders.
@goldninja72 You're reading the talent wrong. It's 5% per point, not 33%. The other number is for followup crits. Even with 3/3 you're not going to crit "100% of the time".
@ryuu7i No problem. I even set up my DoTimer to give me various kinds of notifications when Battle Trance procs and went raiding; very, very few procs per boss. I'm certainly using BT/MS every time they are off cooldown.
for rude interruption.... i dump furious attacks or piercing howl. The death wish glyph - good to relief for the healer. slam is also free fury is better for raid awareness... cause the rotation is simple. You want to priorities bt to get battle trance and blood surge and macro heroic strike to you battle/command shout so you dont have to think about anything. Inner rage is amazing when u get the trinket that gives u 1954 haste for 20 seconds.... besides no use
Thanks for the video man. Always appreciate these guides as another opinion or take on what I should or should not be doing. I use a similar rotation (well, its less of a rotation and more of a priority system), and with trinks, and CDs and procs pull 12k-16k dps single target. I rarely PVE, but when I do Fury is what I use. Though something I've always wondered; could you spec into both Titan's Grip and Single-minded Fury for the 2 weapon slam proc? I've never tried it, but someone has.
@MattyJThomas those are some of the largest factors when it comes to dps, especially as a fury warrior who has a very simple rotation, and warriors as a whole are more talent and gear/glyph dependant than most other classes
this rotation will change greatly, especially considering the buffs to slam, raging blow, and bloodthirst, and the nerfs to cleave and heroic strike with the arrival of patch 4.0.6
Thanks for the video! Very helpful! With single minded furry though, did you notice a big difference in weapon damage than with titans grip? Becaue titans grip seems like you would do more weapon damage sense your duel weilding 2 handers but Single minded furry increases damage by 15% . Becuase it may be totally worth sacrificing the minor weapon damage for it. your still going to do the same ammount of dps anyways with the weapon speed increase.
Do you want a really good tips for single minded fury? 1- Create a macro using the following text ("/castsequence reset=1.5 Bloodthirst, Heroic Strike") 2- Don't ever use Raging Blow 3- Stack hit rating and crit chance and avoid mastery, mastery is useless 4- Do the following rotation (3 Stacks>Colossus Smash>Macro>Bloodsurge if it procs) 5- Don't stop clicking on the macro till the other abilities finish cooldown or proc
After looking at those stats and looking at my own, Id say drop the Deep Wounds talent if youre going to use single minded fury, but keep it with Titans grip, it takes your average weapon damage so with 2h's you have a much higher average. When I pop all cooldowns in the begining of a fight Deep Wounds is amazing (After a 25k HS, 30k RB and 15k BT).
@ryuu7i Battle Trance has a very poor proc rate, and HS procs Incite. Raging Blow should always been used when it's available above all else. That's why BT is lowest priority. I agree w/Furious Attacks but I prefer to keep Piercing Howl. I've used it both as DPS and as a tank for add control. I'd maybe take a point out of Skirmisher instead (maybe...). Either way, it doesn't affect the test, so it's not a big deal right now. I like your macro idea. Thanks for that.
You prioritize Raging Blow over Bloodthirst, when you can see on the graph that its worse? CS -> BT -> RB -> BT -> (GCD - Bloodsurge Proc? - SLAM) HS (over 60 rage, and ONLY over 60 rage)

@stalfruen Keep in mind how his gear probably consists of normal blues and greens, wich means not alot of stats to reforge since at 81 or so, your hit and expertise need ALOT more to be capped/high
ty so much i got kick out of i failed like 4 herioc and they kicked me out of the last one this helped me out so much im doing double what i did in normal dps without buffs :)
from the damage i can asume this is patch 4.2, so far ive heard that before that patch fury mastery was quite insane and could make about 140k crits at lvl 85, with TG that is
atm ive put all 3 points in Deep Wounds, and 2 points in incite, though im not quite sure which is more effective, to reduce that bleed to give 5% more crit chance for HS or the other way around, but with the way i have now i have managed to build 27-30 k dps, considering i have Vicious 2h wep in main hand.
@themarkon15 tbh it really depends on whether you have single minded fury or titan's grip because with the fast one handers you might be looking more for hit/crit/strength cause they strike so fast that you dont need to worry all that much about haste but on my TG warrior i has to have haste comin out de ass or i strike to slow

I always use Titans Grip when playing a Fury Warrior because I can do over 900k damage when you have high damage 2 handed and when using Death Wish,Beserker Rage,Battle shout etc.
I really appreciate your work on these videos, but there appears to be a disconnect. Your rotation is CSmash, Bloodthirst, Raging, Slam. Then you review the damage and see Slam's damage is poor, and BT is the third damage dealer after HS and melee. A better rotation is CSmash, BT, Raging Blow, BT, with slam on the free proc and heroic when rage is 60-80 and flowing. Also, you suggested keepign the keys tight, but have your slam button far down your skillbar, with four empty slots.Conflicting
Single minded fury in 4.0.6 now has a 20% damage buff, i personally like titans grip because i get 12k dps in dungeons and after about an hour it goes to around average of 10k which is ok for someone who dosnt have epics :P
@blyfot96 You don't understand how a PRIORITY rotation works. What he means is that if Slam is available to be used, you should use it instead of bloodthirst. Not that it should be used before bloodthirst always because obviously that isn't possible.
The thing I dont understand is Y R U using 2x1H-weapon? Yeah, better for SLAM, but is it better? Low crits, much rage but cant do anything with it:S Plz reply
@SNSx28 i have a lvl 52 worgen fury warr and there isnt much i can rwally say, its really easy since u got 3 buttons to spam(Heroic Strike, Bloodthirst, Execute when it pops up) and when u get victory rush or something like that use it cos it heals u
On my warrior i have the glyph for Death wish and its in a macro with all my other skills because its off GCD and as a result every 2.4mins I have a fresh lot up giving a good dps boost constantly
For my part, im single-minded, use BT, Raging blow and Slam as much as possible, Cleave on ''more than one'' pulls otherwise i go for HS. When my proc trinks comes out and rage i high enough, i pop blood fury, Wish, inner rage, might of the ocean trink and go reckless. This gives a series of skill crits ranging from 50 to 75k and 15 to 20k white dmg. Other wise i can sustain 12 to 20k dps, capped at 25 in Heroic. Not saying im better than you, just sharing my rotation
so im a single wield fury warrior. and my i level is 347 (some is prot gear i think) but my dps without CDs is around 9k. i dont sunder at all because it causes toooooo much threat. and with cds i do over 14k. im going to attempt your sunder idea though

@tgnWorldOfWarcraft ran some numbers tonight... 63 bloodthirst's = 10 battle trance procs while 98 bloodthirst's = 15 battle trance procs which is kind of low lol.... hmmm anyhow Battle trance could be figured to maybe... heroic strike... op no?
i have a Arms warrior and im wearing all 353+ gear and i hit about 17-18k single target but in Fury i only hit about 12k. I played Fury since BC so i know the rotation well and i just recently swtched to Arms. Is it me or does Fury suck now?..... :(
no point in having 2 pts in incite or w/e that HS talent is, at 2/3 pts it gives 66% crit increase, so as long as you have a 33% crit chance ull still crit 100% of the time w/o wasting a extra talent pt
I dont know what im dong rong, but no matter how hard i try i still seem to only be doing 7.5k - 8.5k dps at arms or fury. and im geared in 1/3 heroics 1/3 normal dungeon gear and 1/3 epics.

i went with the best of both worlds and added some extra attacks instead of making it super simple i added the last slots in my 1st bar im used to arms so i had to make it a bit tougher :P
