Regardless of my bias to the senti-theory, I do want to point out that the only one Felix planned to keep at the start was Adrien. But then we saw he also left Marinette and Kagami. Felix saw Marinette being kind to Adrien, so we have a reasoning for Felix to keep her. But Kagami.. well, just look at their interactions knowing full well that's Felix the entire time and not Adrien, and you'll see their interactions in a whole new light.
You asked for thoughts about Felix, Luna, and I think by now it's clear that they're positioning him to confirm the controversial Senti-theory, both regarding himself and Adrien. If you cast your mind back to the season 4 finale, Felix was sorry at the demise of the Strike Back sentimonsters. He also demanded the Peacock Miraculous from Gabriel in exchange for all the others. And here, in this episode, he had a line that was very telling: he desires the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses so that he can wish for a free world in which nobody is under anybody else's control. As Sentimonsters are under the control of those who create them, it makes sense that Felix could be one if he has such feelings about them, desires to prevent others from making and controlling them (if he himself has the Miraculous that would enable them to do so) and wishes above all for their liberation. Of course, much the same can be said about Adrien and also Kagami - both tightly controlled for all their lives until recently. Felix has clearly taken a shine to Kagami, and (not for the first time) claims to be doing something for Adrien. However, he's so wrapped up in his emotions that he isn't seeing how others are getting caught up in his actions. This subplot is only just getting started; there's more to come of Felix, and perhaps we might see if he comes out on one side or the other, or remains neutral and in it purely for his own aims. On the subject of those furthering their own aims, Gabriel is getting quite tunnel-visioned as well, as evidenced by his dismissal of Lila at the end. Little does he realise the mistake he's making... she's not happy at being cast off, she knows that he's Monarch and she's dangerously manipulative. Let the power play commence! Some notable trivia for you: aside from the credit sequences, this episode has no Akuma, no Monarch and no Cat Noir in it.
Felix is kind of perfect for the Miraculous of Emotion because his character is pretty much the embodiment of it. He's all about people being free to do what they want and express their emotions but he takes it too far as his intense anger towards all the abusive people of the world blinded him and caused him to do the one thing he didn't want to do: kill a senti.
I feel there's a strong connection with Felix and the Sentimonster, and sentimonsters are created to the extent of the users commands, this statement I think holds the reason of Felix's 'free world' that no one commands someone what to do. With Adrien I'm still hesitant whether or not he is senti however he was part of Felix's Free World so I dunno. But with Kagami though, it was shown before that Peacock Miraculous holders can sense an amok to an object just like how Nathalie sensed Feast, in this ep Felix has strong impulse as he sees Kagami's ring, I don't know, maybe Kagami is one too? Waahhhh my head hurtss!
i believe the end credits are the same for any given episode from the same season. anyway, i don’t think i’ve seen someone yet who thought negatively about this episode! and i’m sure you loved the next one too (especially since it doesn’t include Lila lol)
YOUR SO CLOSE TO THE 20s AaAaAaAa also, disney PLUS has all the episodes already. and youtube has a bonus episode called "action" but im not gonna spoil anything
@@Luna-TK honestly, I’m almost 99% sure Lila is gonna be the future hawk moth mentioned in Timetagger and I am so down for that. I think the Butterfly is a good match for her (even tho I feel the Fox suits her better) cause (even if it’s not portrayed well in the show) the Butterfly doesn’t grant mind control (ik that’s a common misconception) rather Gabriel manipulates people into accepting the powers he offers and Lila should definitely be better at that than him.
Gabriel Agreste is such a monster but I wish I could make a debut on the show as myself and get Gabriel arrested for Child Abuse since it’s illegal…he deserves to be punished for his actions and the same goes to Tomoe Tsurugi but same punishment as Gabriel, they both deserve execution
@@Enderstorm20 But there's a difference. Gabriel, Tomoe, and Colt are bad parents. That's why they don't hesitate to control their children. But Andre is a good father and would never control his daughter. So Chloe may have more freedom than other sentimonsters. But she's not so free around Audrey. In season 5 episode 24, Audrey tells Chloe that she is going to take back control of Chloe's life. Felix only got his freedom when Colt died. Because Amelie and Emilie are against controlling their children just like Andre. The theory that Chloe is a sentimonster mostly comes from this: All sentimonsters are made of emotions. That's why they all have very specific characteristics and they can't get out of it even if they want to. Adrien's naivety, loyalty, and honesty. Kagami's perfectionism, protectiveness, and honor. Felix's rage, rebelliousness, and coldness. Chloe's selfishness, arrogance, and meanness. In Desperate Bear, Chloe tries to change for the boy she loves. But it seemed to hurt her and so she gave up. So we can conclude that Emilie, Colt, Tomoe, and Audrey are the ones who created these Sentimonsters.
@denizcanfeda8514 I think it would have been revealed by now if Audrey was in league with Gabriel just like it was revealed with Tomoe. Plus, Adrien, Felix and Kagami all have good reasons for being sentis. Adrien is the original, Felix is the twin and Kagami was made to be "perfect" for Adrien. Making Chloe a senti doesn't serve any purpose to the story other than making her a senti just because all the other rich abused kids are sentis.
Surprised you didn’t have much of a reaction towards Lila knowing that Gabriel is Monarch, with how eventful this episode was I wonder if you even realised that when you watched through it 😆
@@Luna-TK Wait really, it was? Hmm didn’t know myself lol Edit: No I’m pretty sure this is the episode where it’s revealed she knows, she has been working with Gabriel and Monarch a lot to get her own stuff done
Hmmm.... Usagi and Mamoru, Sailor Moon vs Sapphire and Prince Diamonde in the middle? I keep seeing professor Tomoe/Chibiusa and Hotaru vibes though 😂 hahaha
