1 Tablespoon (coffe) 2 Tablespoon of Sugar (powder) 1/4 Cup (4Tbsp) of Water 1/2 Cup Milk. Mix All and enjoy 😉

Those of ya'll saying that it doesn't foam are too impatient. Just keep mixing it more and it'll eventually foam. I just tried it. It tastes like heaven.

for a quick version put the instant coffee, sugar and water in mason jar, screw on the lid and shake like crazy for 1 minute

Use equal parts coffee sugar and milk/water. The mix will be creamier and smoother

Your comment lead me to believe that you could use regular cane sugar. But regular sugar NEVER stiffened. I'll try powdered sugar next time.
