Today, I made coffee ganache cookies with a subtle coffee scent!
It's a cookie that goes really well with the chewy coffee cookies and the thick, chewy ganache. 😁
The pecans in the cookies balance out the sweetness, so the overall balance is very good.
Pecans can be substituted with walnuts or macadamia nuts.
Still, I think pecans go best with coffee.
It's a coffee cookie, but it goes very well with Americano. Also, it's delicious to eat with tea. 😄

☕ Coffee Ganache Cookies ☕
▶ Ingredients ◀
Preheat to 356℉ (180℃), bake for 14 minutes at 338℉ (170℃)
✏ Cookie Dough
130g unsalted butter
140g light brown sugar
2g salt
50g eggs
240g All-purpose flour 240
2g baking powder
2g of baking soda
40g pecans
8g instant coffee
12g hot water
✏ Ganache
90g heavy cream
130g Dark Coverture Chocolate
15g unsalted butter
◼ How to store ◼
Store at room temperature within the same day, store in the refrigerator within 5 days, store in the freezer within 2 weeks.
If you eat it cold, you can enjoy it with a much chewier texture.
