Hi everyone!
Today I will show you how to crochet mini cat loaf. (Cat Loaf is the cat sitting in a loaf position or like a ball becoz you can't see his limbs from far :D
You can also attach keychain rings to use as cat keychains!♡

The eyes I used are sticked with glue! So I put them after the body. Your patterns are so cute! While I was learning to crochet, I made a bunch of these for my mom and even learned to change up the pattern and make little coffee beans and different little shapes. But I still give you all the credit for even the ones I tweaked, bc i wouldn't have known that i could even have that skill if it wasn't for watching your channel ❤. It's actually a good thing you did that, it probably wouldn't be fun connecting a bunch of granny coasters together.. In my opinion, it feels better when you make something like a plush, that way you actually have something good to feel proud of

@@happypercussionist1 Same, like people say “hey, do a granny square. Oh, you’ve made it? Make 117 more.” Like I’m never going to do that. But in this case, I get to make a little guy. Like it just takes a couple hours and I have a dude?!?? It’s so much easier when I know I genuinely have something to look forward to having at the end!

@@ElenaElena-dc4pp -3.5mm hook or maybe u want the cat to be bigger try to use bigger hook -safety eyes -black embroidery floss and needle -fiberfill stuffing -yarn needle -any colour yarn that u prefer

To make some kind of "Invisible decrease" you should try inserting the hook in the next loop (FLO) and then lower your hook and pick up the next FLO again, you should have your two front loops and you working loop, the n yarn over or under (however you want) and then yarn over or under. And that's it! Hope it helped you with anything.❤️

A local pet shelter always do a Christmas market and a lady that worked here always made cute pet themed decor, sadly she passed away last year so I decided to make some crochet pet themed stuff to give them so they can sell it. All the money will go to the shelter so thanks, by doing this pattern, you support many cats and dogs in France !

Still new and this is the fist time doing any sort of plush, so I’m glad this was easy to follow. That said, I learned that if I’m using a multi-colored yarn, the decrease stitches will make the spiral look a bit choppy when using the first decrease crochet type. I still love the turn out, but for future, I’ll try the hidden stitch decrease next time I go with a multi-colored yarn.

I recently picket up crochetting again and I was looking for something cute but easy to do!! This was perfect!! First of all, your explanations are very helpful and second, your hand movements are good to follow!! I'm a heavy visual learner so making the video slow-mo too and then looking intensely at the "decrease" part helped me a lot. :) I did choose a chunkier yarn and bigger needle and it became A BIG CHONKY loaf of a cat. Had to fill it with looooots of stuffing and I love it!

@@ElenaElena-dc4pphere are the things you should buy 3 and 4 mm hook-are the best hooks for beginners Stitch marker-marks where the round starts Darning needle or plastic needle-use for sewing 4 and 5 ply yarns- best for crochet projects like small projects like this cat in the vid Fabric- optional if you are planning to make crochet bags Fiber fillings- this makes the project looks squishy and detailed Tell me if I forgot to mentioned the other things☺️

@@ElenaElena-dc4pp for this you should have the following wools,one scissor, if you want to note the instructions above you can in a page, you need one crochet hook based on the size of your amigurumi and ofcourse the wool, those eyes used for crochet projects, a big needle like the one in the video for sewing, some stuffings for filling up the amigurumi and one stich marker, happy making:)

This was the best tutorial EVER!! I have crocheted before, but I usually just make things up, and whenever I try to follow a pattern or video, it goes horribly wrong and I get super frustrated. Some other tutorials I have watched don’t go into detail about what to do and even though they say it they aren’t beginner friendly, your tutorials are amazing thank you so much!!

@@ElenaElena-dc4pp I think you need yarn, crochet hooks matching the thickness of that yarn, eye buttons, stuffing and a stitch marker (but I just use a Bobby pin) and the person in the video also has thread and needle

So any yarn. But if you want it to be easier don't buy plush yarn. You want some cotton and stitch markers

i somehow tried to crochet the cat according to another tutorial, but i didn’t succeed at all. i was really disappointed. yesterday i found out your tutorial and decided to try to crochet. Ii was initially prepared for the fact that i would not succeed. thanks to your tutorial, i finished the cat and it is really cute!! i made a plushie for the first time!! and this is my really first crocheted thing done!! i crocheted it for a friend's birthday, but it seems i won't stop at one cat. i am addicted to crocheting those cats)) btw, i didn’t have a crocheting needle, so i sewed the details with my fingers. and I used a regular paper clip instead of that pink paper clip in your video. don't ask me how I figured this out haha)) i also crocheted from milk color plush yarn. in general, i recommend this tutorial to everyone!! 10/10 you are incredibly easy explaining. TYSM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@@anissa138 I'm pretty sure that it is done with medium yarn and a 3.5 mm hook. I also think that you can use regular sewing thread since that is what I used. Hope this answers all your questions!

P.S. I used a 2.0 mm hook because I like smaller things. if you like bigger or smaller things, refer to the size.

oh my gosh i love the fact that you used yellow yarn for part of the eyes!! When I saw the thumbnail i thought it was one of those safety eyes that already has colouring on them and i only have the black ones, never thought about doing this!

Спасибо большое за мастер-класс! Связала одну. Но толи из-за пряжи, толи из-за того, что я что-то сдала не так, но она у меня получилась не кругленькой а овальной. Когда я связала тельце, но не сделала ещё уши это была скорее не кошка, а картошка 🥔 ( ещё и цвет пряжи подобрала - пудрово-розовый). Потом она стала картошка с ушками и хвостиком. Теперь же это уже больше похоже на кошку за счёт мордочки. Она милая и смешная одновременно. Хотела подарить, но решила, что эту кошку- картошку оставлю себе. Уж очень к ней привязалась. This IS my first time doing amigurumi AND it looks great! I used the drops muskat yarn and 3mm hook, i did the Tail and ears diffrent and its is SO CUTEE

if you want bigger ears, do this: Slipknot - 3ch - skip 2- 1 sc - 1 hdc - 1 dc - 2 trc - 1 dc - 1 hdc - 1 sc hdc - half double crochet dc - double crochet trc - triple crochet

I decided to make a light pink cat, I am not a beginner but I made the ears a little too round and it ended up looking like a naked mole rat 😂. It was totally my fault so don't get any hate against ETM, because her pattern is 100% accurate it turned out SUPER CUTE though. I am gonna give this to my friend for her birthday. Thank you for this free pattern
