Nice architectural art work, but didn't see area for washer dryer, pantry, closets, air exchangers. Didn't show the downstairs bdrm, looks to be butt up against the wall at the foot 😮 Thing is this is not worth asking almost 300k after all is said & done. Arches & wood work, are not that difficult to make, tile work fixtures, electric fake fireplace, not much counter space for prep work & that bench looks so very uncomfortable, its just way way overpriced😢

You can get BRAND NEW high end pieces from windows, doors, fixtures, appliances, furniture, trim, tile tubs, Jacuzzis, wood blinds, light fixtures, door knobs, you name it from: Habitat for humanity - The Restore It's where big builders donate its left over inventory & people can go & purchase for really cheap.

I saw a home in the suburbs in Dallas Texas not 30 minutes after I commented about this tiny house it was 334,000 brand new build 5 beds 3 baths vaulted ceilings and media room so you aren’t even able to stand up straight in loft bedrooms and I know it’s beautiful and nice tiny house that they want 300 grand for but it’s in no way worth the amount they are trying to sale these homes for and no land at all I don’t think they are ever going to get that amount they need to profit but they didn’t spend any where near the amount they are asking for

Sorry I just can’t afford anything that cost that much I can’t deny that it is stunning and beautiful but I have see 50,000 dollar homes I loved were beautiful and I can afford that I can get a brand new 2 bed 2 bath house in my area that’s full size for that price going tiny is to not to go into debt with several thousand dollar house payment so I would need to work and never get to spend time there
