Countryball Poland's flag is upside down because people kept drawing a swastika on Polandball's flag. And after lots of covering the swastika, and people re-drawing it, Polandball ended up with red on top and white on the bottom! I think the creator thought that, if the flag was switched, people wouldn't recognize it as Poland and keep drawing swastikas on Polandball. It worked, and the upside-down flag stuck as a Polandball icon lol

I think the reason why Countryballs have a rule with Polish flag being upside down is because of the creator. They got offended or something by a pole and in the act of "revenge" They made polish flag upside down. Not so sure about it and I can be wrong because I only heard about Smth like it myself-
