Well, if you don't like this tutorial, then just keep looking for another one. Even beginners can find out something themselves, just like I do. Watch him playing, and try to do the same... If you don't have any feeling for rhythm, then you've got a huge problem... I like all the tutorials Peter has done, and thanks to him I'm able to play and sing several songs now! Hi, felt compelled to say after reading some of the negative comments. THANK YOU ever so much for what you are doing, if the eejitts can't pick up a strumming pattern then there obviously aiming too high too early!! I've been learning for 6 weeks now, and as you say you have to use the feel of the song to establish the pattern. Some people should adhere to the saying…. "If you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all!!!" Please let me apologise for the negative Dickheads that are in this world, and please too keep up the good work!!!!

its no good saying do a strum pattern that comes into your head at the time! may as well make up the chords too eh! for a beginner learning the song a basic strum pattern to fit your tutorial is not a lot ask is it!! if its not a proper tutorial i suggest you just say 'here's the chords to this song' instead. i really do think you've forgotten what it was like the 1st time you picked up a guitar
