Yes, they definitely were an iconic couple of the 60's. And not just in looks, and music, but also Patti was the one who got George and all the Beatles interested in the Maharishi, and the world followed. Also, Hi Raul, one of my favorite commenters!

She was one lucky woman. I claimed him in 1964! LOL. He had the exact looks that have always attracted me to a man...slender, dark hair and eyes and a great sense of humor. I was so in love with him that I couldn't eat or sleep!

All i can say is WOW. i was reading Pattie's book wonderful tonight and you could tell that everything went downhill after they moved to that pompous creepy place...Friar Park. They should have stayed in their early home, seems like their life felt more "normal" seeing them through these pictures...but added to that George was "red blooded" too like macca said so who knows really, he would do all that stuff to her in any place i guess BUT seems like Kinfauns helped to keep his ego and sanity at a better place. Good times...

I wonder where the car is now, as 90-95% of Aston Martins that were ever built still exist. That model is especially valuable. Edit: sold by Sothebys auction in 1985 and has since traded amongst collectors. The KMT 499C registration was auctioned separately and is currently not on a vehicle.

P Mitchell actually George moved on . He loved Olivia and the life he made with her and Dhani and it was she he wanted by his side during his final illness and when he passed . He remained friends with Pattie but moved on

P Mitchell It is not a 'true statement' just your opinion and a disrespectful and badly informed one at that . George loved Olivia and Dhani (have the basic courtesy to actually use their names ) and the life he had with them which lasted over 25 years. It was them he wanted by his side through his final illness.. They were the ones who looked after him while he was dying, were with him when he passed and miss him more than any of us - show some respect for that. If you are not prepared to have your comment challenged don't make them and don't complain when someone does
