I was waiting for your review!! So glad I can see it now! Omg so much thoughts this album was AMAZING second best to the Fame Monster I dare to say. I do have to say that my ultimate favorite song was “Plastic Doll” and I’m sad you were not feeling it! She even said her name which she hasn’t done in a hot minute. It’s just such a great song and you hit it when you said driving down with the window down. Second favorite would be Free Woman and then Replay from the songs that she hadn’t released before. Also you look extremely good looking with the hat but without the hat OMG 👀

[Went to subscribe but I saw I already DONE DID THAT a while ago!] Plastic Doll is definitely a *ballad* over an electronic groove - it's meant to convey a deeper message - and that's why I didn't feel it at first - I was wanting to dance at 120+BPM - this one made me pause and think. ENIGMA reminds me of a drunken strut down Fremont St - the groove is glamorous and trashy - the vocals are fkn fierce. REPLAY is essentially the Lady from Cheek to Cheek meets artpopist Gaga - the tone of the lyrics refer to "Bang, Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)", but also the essence of The Fame Monster (dealing with personal and external demons). I also feel that outro is from two perspectives: (Gaga) "Your monsters [personal issues] torture me!" (Boyfriend, maybe Taylor, maybe Christian) "Your [little] monsters torture me!" [Possibly related to how FAME can really ruin a relationship!] C-III to SINE FROM ABOVE - revived me - I'm not kidding - this song is a spiritual experience. 1000 DOVES - feels like a love letter to a past lover - a forgiveness. BABYLON had me shook - I was expecting the HAUS LABS remix. But I appreciate it now.
