25lbs in 2 weeks is what Alex Pereira has in store for him if he’s to make the UFC light heavyweight limit of 205lbs for his rematch with Jiri Prochazka. #ALEXPEREIRA #UFC
He fought MW for 4-5 years and never missed weight his entire career…..he didn’t bulk up until he already had the MW title for about a year or so, then added the bulk to move up to LHW. The guy was 1 shot sleeping guys at MW and LHW in Glory like they got shot with a bazooka before he ever came to UFC. His size helps but not the exact reason why he puts guys to sleep☝️🤔
@@phucc5907 Absolutely, he wasn’t near as big as he is now and it looks like it’s all muscle. Soon as he decided to move up he started putting it on. Probably wouldn’t be too hard to put on another 20-25 lbs of muscle if he decides to move up 💯☝️
@@arman_llc624 the tittle is ‘massive frame’ Alex has a noticeably thin narrow frame that takes him up to 6.4. jiri’s frame is huge. so the tittle and comparison makes no sense, because jiri is easily the larger guy
@@Duarki Alex literally weighs more off season than Jiri, so please explain how Jiri is naturally the “bigger guy”? Jiri’s has crazy muscle insertions so aesthetically he looks ripped as fuck, but weight wise he’s still smaller than Alex by at least 10 pounds.
@@Duarki you said “jiri is noticeably bigger”. You can’t be bigger than someone while weighing less and being an inch shorter. As far as him having a bigger frame, thats debatable. Jiri may have wider shoulders but Alex’s head, neck and hands are massive compared to Jiri’s.
