the steam coming out the ground is from steam heating pipes which are connected to radiators inside the offices. when the Radiators are turned off the steam is released from pressure release valves under ground . the tower with the flame coming out of it is a "flare stack" used to burn off excess/waste gasses produced during the refining process. they also produce energy from waste gas at the site.

I am 100% behind yourself DJ and all Auditors who want to educate people - especially Law Enforcement. BUT on this occasion if I was an Auditor, Journalist, enthusiast I can understand why they don't want drones. As you said yourself there are many safety and double safety measures in place. If a drone was to lose control and jam one of those safety devices it could be catastrophic. To be honest I'm surprised it's not on a protected no fly zone like certain MOD, prisons etc. My comment is not meant as a criticism, just an observation and opinion. Keep up the good work

the steam is going through a pressure relief valve, when to high it opens and vents to air. the problem is venting steam costs a LOT of cash, it has to be heated pressurised to greater than 150 psi desuperheatered steam you cant see the steam but you can hear it.
