I remember hearing about staff talking about seventeen, they said they look forward to working with seventeen bc they’re always so kind and interactive with the staff! A staff member once mentioned how they went to the waiting rooms to clean up after the idols and all the rooms were such a mess so they brought a lot of cleaning supplies but when they went to seventeen’s waiting room they were surprised because there was nothing to clean because they cleaned everything after themselves! I love stanning kind people! Everyone please be kind to social workers and staff, they deserve nothing but kindness for their hard work !

It's along the same principal as something I once heard before. If you're a boss or ceo, you should be the most kind to your janitorial staff or maintenance staff because they keep your business together. Kpop staff members literally keep your idols together and presentable. They deserve more respect.

I remember that one time a staff member mentioned the names of the idols who left a huge impression on them and got them emotional while talking about them. The idol group was ateez. The staff said they were tired and seem like giving up but the members of ateez gave them a helping hand and encouraging words and at that moment they thought that there's still hope and human empathy in the harsh industry. It was new to them since most idols and celebrities would just not care much about them but ateez remained a good character even off cam. This is why I love ateez so much

Update - I understand not all JYPE artists are perfect (they're all human) but at least as a company, JYPE is trying to do better with each batch of potential artists. We see evidence of this practice on Sixteen, Nizi Project, and A2K (I've only watched those personally) While there were poor examples of artists against my argument, and those were unfortunate, would you also judge every artist this way? is that fair?

I keep saying that when it comes to rich people famous people the people you want to talk to to get the tea isn't their friends or other rich amd famous folks, it's the "help." They know everything.

that's why when dispatch releases info on an idol they always reference an insider because they're not lying chances are that a staff member probably leaked it out and the kicker is that sometimes it's not even because they have anything against the staff it's just for them to make extra cash because they likely got some payment for givung out some info so the sad truth is that no matter how good these idols are to their staff members there's always going to be that likely chance that someone in that circle is going to leak something out just to make some extra money so it's even more likely if they don't treat their staff well but also what people don't realize is that some staff members can also be haters so on top of getting some form of reward money they'd get to leak some dirt on the idols they hate despite them working for said idol

I think you have to watch out for the low staff. Like janitors or interns - errand boys - cleaning crew. Because yeah make up stylist and camera crew see a lot of stuff but they too eventually leave. Late at night - whispering or creeping, you have janitors seeing condoms or drug leftovers, interns never sleep- so they see everything and are so low key that nobody pays attention. Eyes are everywhere - but the real hidden spies - other teammates. Number 1 spy and I think an angry teammate could leak a lot of juicy info and then pretend it wasn’t them.
