how do these not droop while you're making them? I watched another video and the meringues drooped while she was still piping and she said you have to hurry. These are absolutely adorable!

Hello, do you need to turn on convection in the oven? And do I need to turn on the top and bottom at once?

Hi! You will need to take to oven twice. First the head and the body separated, then take it to the oven again with it together.
