the teeth on your comb are very wide apart , is this nessecary for clipper overcombing the cieling / top bulk line ? iv only discovered the lower down / shorter the hair is the closer the teeth of the comb should be lol so could you please give any tips regarding teeth spaces on combs m8 thanks in advance!! ❤
To be honest, no the wide teeth are not necessary. For an easier transition you could use a clipper comb such as the Wahl flat top comb, or even the ANDIS clipper comb. Just be mindful when doing clipper over comb, if the comb is too small or too big you can create more work for yourself. Generally you’ll want to place the clipper comb in the head from the shortest point to the longest point in a diagonal angle so that you can smoothly graduate from short to long, hope that helps! All my tools are listed in the description. Thanks for your comment! 🙏
Hi mate! all of my tools can be found in the description below the video. right now i am using the 'Rebel' but previously ive been using ' Dart T Super & Dart Signatures'
Dont get hung up on the comb facing towards you thing. Not every cut is a skin fade with loads on top Plenty of "blokes" want it high and tight, your not getting a single line out with the comb toward you
Yes, totally agree. For high fades, keep the comb squared to the head. For the purpose of this tutorial, its angles towards you to retain weight in the blend. 👊🏼
I’m using a YS 339 but I would recommend using a clipper comb if you’re not comfortable with a smaller one. It’s not ideal - I just enjoy using it occasionally
