@@abeimnida holy shit, I dont even remember this comment. But I started from a bit of growth, and it took me approximately 7-8 months for a top knot, and the sides went in just over a year. But my sides were completely short, so that makes sense.
Have you considered(if you haven't already) doing a fashion video? Like what outfits you generally wear? I always like my individual clothing pieces but whenever I see my full body/outfit I don't like how it goes together. Just curious
I actually have quite a few but they take a bit of time to put together and I don't buy a hect of a lot of new clothes. So I stick to my hair stuff but every now and then I do a fashion vid. If you want to know more about my fashion sense and what I like. Visit my pinterest account. I've got so much on there. www.pinterest.com.au/ThomasInAction/
I like that you take the time to also explain why you think certain things are good etc, very informative and also always inspiring to see your hair in a bun :D
:) thanks for that awesome comment. I really do like to explain why. After all I am constantly making points and statements so I only see it necessary.
@@bohdanpukalo1741 wow! Way to go,man. Do you experience hairfalls during washing and oiling(idk if you oil your hair or not). What kinda hair you have and what kinda shampoo are you using and what brand? Ive been using soap for a while since shampoo isnt working out on me :(
Jimin e Pabo I comb my hair before I shower so no hair fall in the shower but I shed the average amount. I used to use coconut oil before i shower but I stopped because to greasy, but might start again. I guess I have fine/wavy hair. I use the OGX brand for shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo name is “thick & full+biotin & collagen.
@@bohdanpukalo1741 thanks for reply and one last thing how long is your gap between washing? i keep almost a week gap between every wash. not to fine not to greasy but i have fine hair so it gets kinda sticky haha
I got a similar beard trimmer, I think same brand, its so much easy to use, especially with my lowered undercut, instead of using my massive hair clippers, almost cutting hair I dont want to, or my own ear, beard trimmer has saved me 😂
So funny story, I actually had to get an undercut because my sister made my hair fall out with bleach. So now I only use hair ties, a comb, and Bobby pins. Before this happened my hair was about half way down my back and I used everything except the pomades. Mostly because I was worried they would be a little harsh on my hair
Oh wow, sorry for the miss fortune of loosing your locks! Mm I was really weary of Pomade too but that BluMaan one got me good. I was really happy with it.
@@thomasinaction I really want to try the one for thicker hair once mine grows out a bit more. The only saving grace was we managed to save a good deal of my hair
Thomas In Action I think it depends on what hair types and condition. I have an Asian and colored hair. So when I apply the aloe gel, I would the wetness look were about 3 or 4 out of 10.
I've almost reached the manbun. I think maybe just 3 more months and i'll be there. Nooo, it doesn't mean i'm gonna stop following you T. You've helped me so much along the way, it would be really mean to just abandoned you like that ;)
@@thomasinaction Ohhh you little ripper mate!!! Looking forward to it. Being loyal & faithful turns out to be a good idea. Haha, Aussie slang can be tricky. Don't wanna say anything wrong to yah. Please don't be offended by small unintelligent brain, if that is a bad slang!
Have you ever tried using coil hair ties before? I find them really good for reducing tension on my scalp especially if I’m wearing my hair up for long periods of time, and also, because of their structure they kind of automatically lock your bun in place. I would highly recommend them....but I have honestly been tempted by the longhairs ties for quite some time now. What do you think I should do?
The hair accessories that I use are: 1. The elastic hair ties. And indeed the ones without a metal piece on them because it catches on to my hair. I also slap 2 hair ties on my wrist as reserve and wear those like a bracelet. 2. The beard trimmer. I do have sideburns and I use the beard trimmer to style them up. 3. The wide tooth comb. I have and use several combs actually, but I do pref the wide tooth comb. It can also be used it combination with the beard trimmer to style sideburns because wide tooth combs can withstand the rattling of the beard trimmer a lot better then the fine tooth combs. I have not yet used it for head massages, but after watching your video I think I give it a try xD. 4. Conditioner Still in search for the perfect conditioner for my hair, so I use a different one every month. The accessories that I don't use, but plan on using are: 1. The Bobby Pins. I do indeed have those little hairs that stick down the back, like you told about in your video. I always thought that those things were only used by girls, but after watching your video I think I am going to give it a shot and at least stick one or two of those pins in my pocket or wallet to keep them with me. 2. A holding product. Actually just something to tame my flyaways down. So I am definitely going to try out that Pomade or another similar product.
Hey Thomas I really hope you can help me out ! I've been growing out my hair for about 5 months now and it's hitting the awkward phase. My hair is quite thin and light and I can't seem to make it hang. It gets better a few days after I shampoo it since it gets greasy and heavier but it looks horrible right after I shampoo it ! I was thinking of trying natural shampoo to keep my hair oils thus making it heavier and manageable (?) Would you recommend that and if so, what shampoo ? Thank you for your time !! :-)
I call that the Shampoo poof. I get it too. I use texturizing products to settle it down straight after the wash.BluMaan Monarch Matte paste is good for it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MKzqnxwq-Wg.html
What about this struggle? Is it bad to brush my hair daily while growing it out? Lots of hair get trapped in my brush daily when i brush At this moment i grew my hair out for almost 16 months with 4 haircuts, I am able to do a man bun but my neck hair and sides are just not long enough. Plus mu hair is really tight if its in a manbun
@@thomasinaction True I was probably the only one haha, I messaged them about it and they responded so maybe that could make a difference...? Loving the videos as always mate
I got a top knot and I am thinking of shaving my hair and growing out my hair into a full manbun do you think I should do i also i got a cowslick at the frount of my hair which it looks like a wave
I got a cowslick which is quite bad in my hair that's why I got a top knot but I am thinking of shaving my hair and grow it out to a full man by what do you think I should do shave it and grow it out of leave my hair how it is
Hey I've been a long time viewer and I was wondering when you grew the sides of your undercut how did you hide it without using a hat? I am desperate for an answer
What can i do for my hairline? I am growing my hair out but i have a baby hair hairline and it looks bad, i feel like if i trim it i will look like i am pushed back or something but it doesn't want to grow
Baby hairs are so normal. I have 1933283029372938282382929820329392 of them. I just use product to glue them down and tell em who's boss. Try 5th Sample pomade.
Can a fan (or maybe Thomas himself) help me out with my hair problem? Okay so I love my hair but I’ve been wanting to grow it out for a long time and now I’m really serious about it. My first goal is to get to a man bun. I don’t know if Thomas has done a video on this as I am new to this channel, hence why I’m commenting this.. but keep reading please. So I don’t know how many inches of hair I have but my bangs pretty much cover my eyes right now and are somewhat close to reaching the end of my nose. Idk if that helps give you an idea of what I’m working with but yeah. Any tips on how I can grow my hair faster? My hair is thick and actually grows kinda fast on its own (everyone in my family says that; my aunt was a hairdresser and she said that it grows faster too). But I want see more progress as I’m anxious and really want longer hair. But I’m trying to be patient haha. Any tips would be very much appreciated, thank you so much.
