Your son should be proud. I was amazed when I saw him dismantling things. I guess cause I never saw him in a video doing this sort of thing before. Happy to see him doing mechanical work. Glad to see a video. Hope all is well with everyone!!!

@SunnySlope Homestead Well if he can't he can always say it was his teachers fault. Lol. I know I would have a hard time. So I can't talk. That's a lot of work. Just make sure you put 2 big holes on the driver's side floor. If the regular brakes fail you can use the Flintstone brakes! Lol

His "dirty" hands are pretty clean for working on a 51 year old truck! Good job letting him do most of it himself. It'll make the truck mean more to him when it is done.

Just found your channel today and subbed here. I can't wait to watch this build come along. I remeber the 68 GMC I had 4 years ago and wished I never sold it. Good to see your son learning and turning wrenches at a young age. Better to see them doing something productive than just wasting hours in front of a tv or a video game. Keep up the Great work and Content.
