Así hice yo mi primer techo en cada de mi madre. Más fácil que el último que he echo en mi casa. Algo más caro por que lleva más materiales, pero te quitas de muchos cortes para hacer los enanos. Supongo que depende también del tipo de techo. Gracias a tus videos ya he echo 4 cositas. Feliz año.

انت ركبت الالواح عكس الحديد جميل لكن بين الحديد والحديد فارغ لذا يجب ربط الالواح ببعض عن طريق قص قطعة صغيرة من الحديد وتركيبها بين الحديد المربوك بالجسر الاول لانه بعد سنة او اكثر سيكون هناك شقوق او احتزاز عند حفر او تركيب شيء بعد مدة

i have a question, when i drill the plates to the metal studs, how do i prevent the drill from walking and going crooked, the metal bending and then breaking drill bits? ive broken a ton of drill bits. do i need to drill fast or slow or start fast en slow, or start slow and end fast or something else? and how much pressure do i need to put, and do i need to use a special kind of drill bit for this other then normal metal drill bit? Also tried directly with screws but they also started walking and all crooked,

Too many pricey and exotic items to build the frame for that ceiling. As a UBC journeyman carpenter, I built the drywall ceiling frames with " L " track against the wall, and regular 1 5/8" x 1 1/8" inch track as the cross members to screw the sheetrock on. For structural strength, I put 2 tracks facing each other, basically making a rectangular torsion truss, zipped together with framing screws. For support, used same track, screwed securely to the ceiling. Would bend the anchor point with a piece of scrap wood for strong support, right at the 90° anchor to the ceiling. To not waste time measuring the length of the track suport struts, would let them be 2 or 3 inches longer than the cross rectangular structured track. Would alternate side to opposite side the track struts for stability of the frame crossmembers. Finally leveled the frame crossmembers and finally drove home 4 screws per strut, through a 3/4" piece of plywood for shear stability. Would then just cut the overhang 1/8" above the leveled truss track, and bent it up out of the way at 90°, and anchor the turned up offset to the strut for further stability. Final use of track scraps was screwing every strut to the framed torsion track truss, at angles to create a triangle for further stability of the ceiling frame to hold the wallboard. Built ceiling frames with just "L" track for perimeter, and track for the crossmembers, and bracing. Cheaper and faster than your build, and never had to hunt down special connectors, to make the ceiling frames. And never ran out of material. And just about any lumberyard has these items in stock all the time. Likewise having less items needed in the inventory is usually better and more cost effective. Never had any problems with ceilings. Had to do build it fast, level, accurate, and cheaper. But quality was never compromised.
