I am in Georgia and I don't know your situation as this is the first time I have watched your channel. We had a conflict in the county I was raised in 4-5 years ago with two neighbors getting on each other's nerves. One took the other to court and won a noise violation against him. Both properties were zoned agriculture. The guy that won the suit put cameras up and caught the other guy throwing parties and making noise. Keep in mind that the guy that brought the suit loaded his land up with cameras to protect his property. The other guy bought a commercial drone and would fly it so high it couldn't be seen or heard and would fly over the guy's pasture dropping sweet feed laced with poison to his horses and cows. Be careful with your animals :( Good luck :)

Maybe bring your neighbors (the renters) eggs once a week and they’ll help improve your relationship with the owner? Maybe they don’t deserve it but sometimes honey works better, even in unpleasant circumstances 😢

You have any issues with your goats headbutting that coop door? My cousins recently had a goat shatter their living room window pane because it headbutted it. That goat went to freezer camp pretty quick lol.

Your situation is quite common especially in smaller towns...the buddy system is in effect. If you don't know certain people, you don't get shit and those that are doing stuff illegally, gets ignored completely. Running for office don't work either if you don't know certain people. The same people run all the time, or don't because nobody runs against them, so its the same crooked people in charge all the time where I live. Then the funniest part is people can't figure out why nothing here changes...umm, you have the same idiots in office that have been in office since dirt was invented, and you expect different results LOL. Its one thing to run a business, its a completely different thing to annoy your neighbors constantly with said business. With all that noise he should have his business in an industrial location instead of a residential neighborhood. Heck there's a tree farm up the road from me, the only time I remember is when they haul in or haul out a load of trees, which doesn't bother me at all, its usually just a pickup with a trailer, or occasionally they'll get a much larger shipment in or out and they'll bring in a semi truck and flatbed, this is usually maybe once every few weeks...no problem at all, really nice family owned business and they also live there...its a farming community/town, and personally I'm just happy that someone locally bought the property and continues to utilize it rather than subdividing it. We also have a bed/breakfast type business up the road too, very little traffic increase, and if I hadn't walked by there and saw the sign I wouldn't have ever known that it was a business. The problems arise when you start creating excessive amounts of noise, or vehicle traffic on a road not suited for such. Someone bought property up the road a few years back, and if it weren't for a neighbor bringing paperwork by, many of us wouldn't have known they planned on subdividing that property and adding about 30 more homes....figuring on 1-2 drivers per home, on a dead end 1 lane road, oh hell no, that got shot down right quick by all of us living on this road, but the people who bought that property had the nerve to even think about doing something that stupid on a narrow dead end road just shows what $$$ will do.

If they stopped trespassing and only operated during normal hours would you be less annoyed with your neighbors?
