How to reach there with luggage? Is there cab or bus available from awana bus terminal? I'm coming by bus from KL

@abhinavrock94 A cable car system operates between Awana Bus Terminal and the resort. You have to ride on that. When buying a bus ticket from KL, ask them if they can sell you a ticket including a cable car ticket. And, if you are arriving after 11.00 PM, the cable car will be closed. At that time, you will have to take a taxi from Awana. When you reach Awana Bus Terminal, ask someone where the taxi counter is.

How to get mountain view room?

Hi. At the time of check in, if you are doing a kiosk check in yourself, you can opt for a mountain view room. There is a small fee payable, perhaps RM 5. If doing a counter check in, just tell the staff that you want a mountain view room. Either at a kiosk or at the counter, mountain view rooms are allotted subject to availability.
