Welcome to the country where I grew up!! Hope you get to experience all the FOOD, and enjoy your travels there. Borneo is very special - but quite sad that so much of the rainforest is gone in only 20+ years - I remember when I was young flying over it and the whole land was covered by rainforest.

Yay for new countries! When I went to Bali it was a long journey as well. What time did you arrive? I arrived at midnight and didn't get to my hotel until close to 3am. You had some amazing views from your room... WOW!!
Yes, a bit like that ... in my first video in Asia, I explain the adventures when we arrived ... the waiting time for luggage ... our driver who had waited too long ... so he left ... we tried to find another without being robbed ... then we arrived after midnight.
I see that the images also shared our personal feeling well ... it was difficult to leave, you are right 😊👍 Borneo is an island but on which we have 3 countries: Indonesia, Malaysia and also Brunei.

Maylasia, that's exciting! How long have you been traveling full-time? Why do you have to unlock the bathroom at the hotel? Nice view...is it reasonably priced at this Sheraton?
I'm not unlocking the bathroom, I am inserting the room key in order to get electricity (it is a way to save energy to hotel, very common in Asia) 👍 The price reflects staying in a Sheraton ... it is a small luxury we gave ourselves.
