Recipe - makes 10-14 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter - 1/2 cup sugar - 3/4 cup brown sugar - 1 egg - splash of vanilla - 1 & 1/4 cup all purpose flour - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 180 grams white chocolate - 180 grams milk chocolate - sprinkle of salt Method - - Cook butter on stove on low heat until browned, remove, and add to brown and white sugar. - Mix until you get wet sand consistency. - Add egg and vanilla and mix. - Add flour and baking soda, sieve and fold through mixture. - Add your chocolate and mix through. - Split mixture into desired amounts and roll into balls. - Put them into the freezer until hard. - Put any cookies you aren't cooking straight away into a container or ziplock bag and keep in the freezer. - When ready to cook the cookies, place a square of chocolate of your choice on top, 180 degrees for 7 minutes. - And enjoy 😉
