Mo!! 👋 you look so cute with your braid! Ive been braiding my hair often since quarantine started 😉. About the palette, I agree. It can be used everyday, it has a lot of one and done eyeshadows (or combined). I don’t have many cool tone eyeshadows so it’s a good addition and if the formula is good I’m happier! I ordered it when the Sephora sale started and I’m glad I did because now it’s OOS. Great review and thank you! And I love your nail color is so pretty and goes with everything.

Dig the braid! Also, envy you your gorgeous eyes (green? greenish-gray?)! I just picked up the Glam palette during Sephora's sale event (the only way I could sort of justify the purchase when I already have, and love, the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette). I tried hard to resist it, as I think ND's stupidly priced, but I kept hearing beauty channel after beauty channel praise the buttery formula and I yielded to temptation. Alas... 😞
Hi, Mina. My eyes are technically hazel-they tend to lean amber/green depending on the light. ND is very expensive, no question. The formula of this one really is excellent, so if you’re drawn to the colors and got it on sale-use it and love it, I say!
Hey Mo! Sooo glad you did this review! I was on the fence with this because as you said EVERYONE raves about it but like you the color story was not calling me. I am not really a taupe or overly cool leaning fan. I have CP shadows and for the money the quality (though you always have those duds) is great but the Cold Stone palette I think was just too cool for me. So after I watched your video I was happy with my decision NOT to get the ND Glam palette. Your 4th eye look is FABULOUS! In the sale I did order one of Makeup by Mario quads - fingers crossed it is good! LOL Did you see the purple Aether palette? I thought of you when I saw it! I’m so glad this was useful, Kathie. Even though it’s been reviewed a lot, I thought it might be helpful to some people. I actually like a lot of cool toned shadows, but many cool-toned neutrals match my skin undertone so they don’t show up much. I generally like CP shadows, too, though I’ve heard some mixed reviews recently. I did get Stone Cold but have only played with it once so far. I did see the Aether purple quad-I’ve considered it. Which Mario quad did you order?
@@motildamulgrew I got the Rosy Glam one. I LOVE rose gold anything! So I had to get it! There were no reviews when I ordered it. Based on the Sephora pic the upper right color looks like it may be a duochrome. Considering the quad was "only" $25 I thought after 20% off each shadow would only be $5 so not a bad deal at all! I also have my eye on the Huda Naughty Nude palette. I think that would play really nicely with the Huda New Nudes palette as well.
Hi Mo! I love your braid. My hair is growing, but I can't do a braid yet. These shades are pretty, but this palette is not for me. The color story of this palette is beautiful but it has more shimmers than I like and it's not unique. I'm very drawn to neutral/taupe shades and have tons of palettes with those shades. I think the quality of ND is very nice but I'd never spend that much money on one eyeshadow palette. I do appreciate your review however. :)
Yes, many shimmers, helpfulnatural. If this is repititious in your collection, it makes perfect sense not to get it. And how you decide to spend your money (or not) is completely up to you. It’s very kind of you to mention that you appreciate the review-thank you.
I don't need this palette. I have that's Taupe and I love it. I broke down and ordered the yoda palette because I desperately needed it. Glam palette is a pretty palette, but I have all those shades.
