Hello Sweet Friends! I hope you enjoy this video, I will be cleaning and organizing my back yard, FINALLY! We've been needing to tackle this cleaning project for some time now. About Me: Hello! My name is Erika, I am a wife and stay at home mom. I created my channel to keep busy while I learned to navigate life as a SAHM and to give myself accountability to get things done around my home. We recently moved from Arizona to Texas and downsized (2800 sq ft to 1200 sq ft). I've documented our downsizing journey from the beginning starting with decluttering and getting rid of over 50% of our belongings. I'm not an expert, I am just sharing our journey, along with my thoughts and struggles I encounter in the process. Now that we are in our new space I will be sharing with you how we get settled and organized into a much smaller home while maintaining a sense of minimalism. Being minimal is the only way our new home will work for us. I hope you decide to stick around!

I love how your backyard turned out. I love that the pergola survived the trip from Arizona. Our goal for 2024 is to create a space to entertain so we are looking at table and chairs, a fire pit and some kind of awning. We have a round table that can fit six. We couldn’t fit a rectangle table in that space.

Oh nice! Our space still needs a lot of love! I just got my hubs a smokeless fire pit for his birthday, he loves it. Sams club buy! A round table sounds fantastic ❤️

Hey Erika, y'all did a great job! It's so nice that your husband helps you out! My husband used to travel a lot for work and during that time I learned to just do things on my own haha! He works from home now and it's nice that he is here if I need his help now. Your patio turned out great! That will be so nice to have the larger table for Thanksgiving. Hi Joy! Sorry for the late response. I’ve gotten spoiled with him being home but I used to think I was super independent and strong lol. My husband traveled a lot too when we first were married. It was actually in this house that I spent a lot of time alone. ❤️

@@SheWolfMom That’s so nice. I’d love that. Just let me know when. Our Family has had lots of health issues. My sister has cancer. It’s not good. My daughter just got out of the hospital with a severe infection. (No one knows how she got it) My Granddaughter was just diagnosed with Lupus. She is only seven. My brother in law has a tumor on his kidney. It’s been overwhelming. All this in one months time. Isn’t that crazy. 🥲

My husband makes fun of me when I want to decorate the backyard. He asks “for what? You never go outside!?” 😂 I would if there was a tv out there. Annoying the neighbors with my trash tv shows 😂

Haha! Well if you ever have a spare tv, put it outside! That's what we did.... my hubs bought the tv cart on amazon and we can position it wherever we want. He used to put a small projector screen up but that was a bit of a hassle. Thanks for watching =)
