Good choice. Best out there as a starter table. Good sound and worth in time maybe getting the Edifier Bluetooth speakers, 1280db. Very good price if you want. What you have sounds more than fine. Great video and maybe the best entry level turntable. One thing tho.When you put the rubber belt on to the motor it accidentally got twisted just as you removed the red tape. You might wanna fix it so the belt won't get damaged. Don't know if it will affect the speed because if the resistance when it is twisted

Did you ever get a pair of speakers? If not look into the Edifier rt 1700 those are wonderful and will work well with your turntable... Use the rca cables that came with the turntable for the best results.... Good luck and enjoy.

That small black plastic disc, is for playing smaller, 45, or 78 rpm singles.

Nice vid and good choice kiddo. I'm a vinyl newbie too I paired this turntable with Micca pbmx42 powered speakers and the sound is very good certainly way better than streaming YTmusic through my Vizio soundbar.
