I love the coop- Mama V at Possum Run Homestead in AR just put one together with an extra run. She also made adjustments to hers too. 💜

Not sure if this mini coop is the same brand or just similar to the one that Grandpa Adler Farm has. His looks to be the larger version of yours. It's good for the young chickens and a few of the smaller breeds but not for the large breeds unless you only have 2 or 3. He has his coop inside a 10' X 20' (or larger) dog run/kennel for protection from predators. Now that they have started to lay eggs he also added extra nest boxes outside the coop. His chickens still use the inside nest boxes way more than the outside ones. I have no doubts that Ralph would be happy to answer any questions you have about the coop or anything he has had to do to it in the way of repairs or improvements.

Nice coop! You said to caulk the top but water can get in from the sides so why worry about the top? But it’s cute!
