❣DIY Farm House Using Cardboard❣

In this video tutorial I'm making a farm house using cardboard. For this project I used pizza boxes cardboard (1 mm thick). I glued everything with gel super glue and used acrylics for painting.
Luckily, for this project I got access to a laser cutting machine so I was able to cut the cardboard a lot faster. But it can be done with a sharp precision knife just as well. I included the vector patterns in the downloadable files, just in case you have access to such a machine.
I glued the layers of each wall and then I glue the walls together. I added the roof, the attic and finally, the roof tiles.
You can paint in any colors you like. I went for a green roof, brown and white for the walls and red for the windows and door

I liked it so much better when you were creating your houses from scratch with all the imperfections and crazy angles of your previous houses. These houses although are very nice are cookie cutter perfections that resemble a kit bought from any craft store. Your previous houses inspired others to build from their imaginations rather than relying in precut pieces neatly cut out for them!

It's very cute and pretty. I prefer the art you do that is not so precise. It's doable for me and I don't feel pressured to be perfect. The flaws are apart of what makes it unique and special.

This is wonderfull, but for myself about painting I would do all that can be done before glueing it. Then only the roof and the details are left to paint.

I don't know, but I guess you can transform them, in a cad software(like inkscape, which is free, or corel), in any extension cricut needs. They are *ai at the moment

Did you know the time period this house comes from ? The round window at the top would often attract pigeons. The families would keep the pigeons and use the eggs and meat from the birds! There called pigeon holes! Fun fact! 😊
