So do you drink it in replacement of a meal and does it keep you feeling full? When I was young I did a diet where I drank a meal replacement shake for breakfast snd lunch snd had a healthy dinner and I lost a lot of weight. Can I replace my breakfast and lunch with this?

I have some problem in my kidney i can use this supplement it’s there’s any side effects ? Can you reply please.. it’s very good supplement but i don’t know it’s good for me or not can
Is there a way to make this taste better? I make mine with plain water and no matter how many times I blend it, it comes out super frothy and tastes gritty and unpleasant :( Should I incorporate ice cubes or some kind of milk?

I use unsweetened almond milk and mix the milk and powder with a package of frozen blendables fruit. Run it through the Ninja or a blender. I love it and feel great!

It's marketed as a meal replacement 🍱 however... There is research around 2018 stating that Garden of Life contains high levels of heavy metals, but GOF promised that they will address this issue. I wonder if they did? And also Nestle owns this company now. :(
