See, it's incredibly challenging to make passion fruit mousse incorrectly. The recipe is indeed quite simple. The passion fruit mousse is ready to be consumed after just blending everything together and chilling it. Although garnishing with passion fruit pulp is optional, but it is highly advised!
Ingredients & Process
3 small or 2 large passion fruits
blend
strain and keep aside
1 can chilled condensed milk (395-400 g)
2 boxes chilled table cream (400 g)
whisk well for 2 mins.
add the passion fruit juice
whisk well for 2 mins.
refrigerate for min 2 hrs or until set
garnish with pulp of 1 passon fruit (optional)
mould size: 750 ml
dessert cup size: 200 ml
