⭐ Spicy ham kimbap⭐
🍳 Ingredients (9 pieces)
9 slices of ham
3 hot peppers
4 rolls of kimbap and pickled radish
3 sheets of gimbap seaweed
2 bowls of rice
2T of sesame oil
2 pinches of salt
Sesame
2 slices of cheese (optional)
braised chives sauce
1T of soy sauce
1T of tuna liquid
Cooking wine 1T
1T of oligosaccharide
🥢 Recipe
1. Cut the pickled radish in half.
2. Pick the top of the cheongyang red pepper and chop it twice.
3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry minced peppers over medium-low heat.
4. Add 1T of soy sauce, 1T of cooking wine, 1T of tuna liquid, and 1T of oligosaccharide and stir-fry the seasoning until it burns.
5. Mix 2 bowls of rice with soy sauce, Cheongyang red pepper, 2T sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
6. Divide the gimbap into three pieces and slice the rice thinly, place it with a slice ham diamond and roll it with pickled radish. You can add half cheese.
7. Sesame oil and sesame seeds. It's done!
🥣 tip
- Enjoy it by adding your favorite gimbap ingredients (carrots, cucumbers, cucumbers, tuna, etc.).
- It's also delicious if you add perilla leaves and lettuce.
- If you don't like spicy taste, it's delicious if you add green and crunchy peppers instead of Cheongyang peppers.
- When you cook for your children, you can remove the vinegar and season it with rice.
- You can make it with the same ingredients with a large gimbap.
- Add or subtract the seasoning to your taste.
