Просматриваю несколько видео и делаю упражнения. После них чувствую каждую проработанную мышцу. Спина выпрямляется, шея вытягивается. Не смотря на усталость настроение супер. Огромное спасибо за эти ощущения. 😁Всего доброго.

У меня такой же возраст и мне нравятся эти упражнения. Жаль,что музыка какая-то унылая,приходится выключать звук и включать свою более энергичную и жизнеутверждающую.
